Building intelligent agents that orchestrate the tools you use

We're building specialized AI agents that sit above your existing software — designed to improve decisions, reduce administrative overhead, and make the tools your teams already rely on work smarter together.

🔄
Orchestrate Your Tools
We don't replace your software. Our agents are designed to connect, coordinate, and add intelligence across the tools your teams already use — Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Slack, ServiceNow, and more.
🧠
Improve Decisions
Every organization runs on decisions. Our agents are built to surface hidden patterns, detect cognitive biases, and deliver actionable intelligence before small errors become costly failures.
Reduce Administrative Overhead
Status reports, data aggregation, cross-tool reconciliation — we're building agents to handle the coordination work that drains your team's capacity for real work.
What We Build
An Agent-as-a-Service platform designed to scale across industries

Organizations invest heavily in specialized tools — PM platforms, CRMs, ERPs, communication systems. Each tool does its job. But few, if any, orchestrate the intelligence across all of them.

TB Orchestration Technologies is building a library of specialized AI agents that sit above your existing tool ecosystem. Each agent is purpose-built for a specific domain — from cognitive bias detection to risk forecasting to administrative automation.

The model is Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS): deploy the agents you need, connected to the tools you already have, without replacing a single system. Our agents are designed to work across industries and organizational levels because the orchestration challenge is universal.

Our Operating Principle
Integrity over hype. Research over claims. Evidence over promises. We publish results regardless of outcome and disclose our development stage in every external communication.

PM NeuroPilot
Our first agent from the library — proving the orchestration thesis across the Six P’s: Project, Program, Portfolio, Performance, Product, and Proficiency Management, where 67% of initiatives fail and our research points to cognitive bias as a primary, unaddressed driver.
Decision intelligence across the Six P’s

PM NeuroPilot deploys four specialized AI agents designed to detect cognitive biases in initiative data, map them to risk amplification patterns using our proprietary RAID² Framework, and deliver actionable recommendations before small decision errors become costly failures.

It is designed to sit above the tools organizations already use — Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Planview, Clarity, Slack, Teams, ServiceNow, ERP systems, portfolio dashboards, and more — adding a cognitive bias detection layer that we believe has been missing from how organizations manage complex initiatives.

Watching smart teams fail in predictable ways

Terry Beckwith has managed enterprise-scale projects across eight industries — from Fortune 500 technology implementations at HD Supply, Reynolds American, and Ahold Delhaize to healthcare operations and distribution logistics. Across every one of them, the same pattern repeated: organizations invested in great tools and smart teams, but lacked an intelligent layer to orchestrate how those tools and teams work together.

That pattern — the gap between tool capability and organizational intelligence — is what TB Orchestration Technologies was founded to solve. Starting with cognitive bias in project management, and expanding to any domain where better orchestration drives better outcomes.

Terry is the author of three books in the Leadership Decision Crisis Series and brings 11 years of instructional experience across two academic institutions (Frederick Community College and Abbie Business Institute) and a healthcare training program he designed and delivered at Shady Grove Adventist Medical Center.

Development Status & Commitments
CURRENT STATUS
PM NeuroPilot, our flagship product, is in Stage A (Concept/Research Phase) through March 31, 2026. This means:
  • A working prototype exists (PM NeuroPilot: 3,400+ lines, 4-agent architecture)
  • No production deployment or paying customers yet
  • Agent library beyond PM NeuroPilot is in planning phase
  • Cross-industry and cross-level capabilities are design intentions requiring validation
  • Pilot validation programs are planned for Q2 2026, contingent on funding
OUR COMMITMENTS
Integrity over hype. Research over claims. Evidence over promises.
  • We disclose our development stage in every external communication
  • We publish research results regardless of whether they validate our hypotheses
  • We use qualified language for capabilities not yet validated
  • All external documents are assessed against a 75-point integrity threshold
  • We distinguish between working prototype capabilities and production-ready features
Validation Timeline: Stage A closes March 31, 2026. Pilot programs launch Q2 2026. Results published Q3 2026. If our approach doesn’t work as hypothesized, we will say so publicly.
